2. Subject matter
These terms govern the distance selling of the products offered on the website. By placing an order you declare that you have read and accepted them. We recommend that you save a copy.
Sales are addressed to consumers of legal age within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Code.
3. Products and availability
Our range includes clothing and accessories for newborns and children, approximately from the first month up to 2-3 years of age.
We describe our products with the greatest possible care. The colours in the photographs may vary slightly depending on your screen settings: small differences in shade do not constitute a defect.
Sizes indicated in months follow the conventions of the individual manufacturers and may vary from brand to brand: the product pages show measurements in centimetres, which we recommend you check.
Products are available while stocks last. If an item turns out to be out of stock after the order, we will notify you promptly and refund the corresponding amount, or offer you an alternative.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. They do not include shipping costs, which are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time: the price applied is the one displayed at the time the order is submitted.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding and you may choose whether to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
5. Order
The contract is concluded when you receive our confirmation email. Until then you can always modify or cancel your cart.
We reserve the right not to accept orders that are incomplete, contain manifestly false data, or come from customers with whom we have ongoing disputes or unpaid amounts.
6. Payments
We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Payments are handled by external providers via an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card details.
7. Invoicing
If you need an invoice, please provide your VAT number, tax code and recipient code or PEC when placing the order: we cannot issue it afterwards.
8. Delivery
Delivery methods, times and costs are described in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you or a third party designated by you take physical possession of the goods.
9. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the conditions set out in the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Goods may be returned by shipment or, free of charge, at our store in Arzignano.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code. If a product proves defective, you are entitled, free of charge, to repair or replacement and, where applicable, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
The guarantee does not cover defects resulting from improper use, washing not in accordance with the care label instructions, or normal wear and tear.
To make a claim under the guarantee, write to us at ilfioccoarzignano@gmail.com attaching proof of purchase and photographs of the defect.
11. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, logos and graphics on the website are our property or used under licence. They may not be copied or reproduced without written authorisation.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control: strikes, natural disasters, transport stoppages, network infrastructure failures.
13. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or a mediation body pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/2010.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order always applies.
