Courier: GLS | Delivery time: 2-3 business days | Area: Italy only | Cost: €8.00 — Free for orders of €99.99 or more

In-store pickup — Free Il Fiocco Baby, Piazza Libertà 9 — 36071 Arzignano (VI) Mon: 16:00–19:00 | Tue–Sat: 09:30–12:30 and 16:00–19:00 — Select "In-store pickup" at checkout.

Tracking: You will receive an email with the GLS tracking code. You can track your delivery on gls-italy.com.

Damaged parcel: Report it immediately to the courier and contact us within 24h with photos at ilfioccoarzignano@gmail.com

Failed delivery: The parcel will be held at the nearest GLS depot. Contact us for assistance.

Liability: Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Once the goods are handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
