If something isn't right, you can exchange it. And if you live nearby, just drop by the store.
The easiest way: returning in store
If you can reach us, bring the item to Piazza Libertà 9 in Arzignano together with your order confirmation. We will take care of it on the spot: size exchange, item exchange or refund, with no shipping costs and no parcels to prepare. It is free and it is the quickest solution.
Right of withdrawal
If you cannot come in person, you still have 14 days from receipt of the goods to change your mind and return them by post, without having to give any reason. This is the right of withdrawal provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
To exercise it, write to us at ilfioccoarzignano@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and the items to be returned. We will reply with instructions. From that moment you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer: you can send the item to our shop (Il Fiocco Baby, Piazza Libertà 9, Arzignano, Italy) from a post office or with the courier of your choice, or bring it to us in person. We recommend a tracked shipment: until the parcel reaches us, the goods remain your responsibility. Once we receive the item, we refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return conditions
Items must be returned:
- intact and never worn (trying them on is perfectly fine, using them is not)
- with all original tags attached
- in the original packaging, where applicable
We cannot accept items that have been washed, stained, ironed, that smell of smoke or perfume, or that are missing their tags.
Excluded products: for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of bodysuits, underwear and socks if the sealed packaging has been opened. Items personalised at your request, such as garments embroidered with a name, are also excluded.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect the return — within 7 business days — we will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. The credit may take a few extra days depending on the bank or card network.
We refund the price of the products and, in the case of full withdrawal, also the initial standard shipping cost. We do not refund any surcharge paid for faster shipping.
Size exchange
Getting the wrong size happens often with children. If you come to the store, the exchange is immediate and free. If you prefer to write to us, tell us the size you want at ilfioccoarzignano@gmail.com and we will set it aside for you, subject to availability.
Defective products
If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, write to us within 14 days attaching a photo. We will take care of everything: you can choose between replacement and a full refund. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by law remains valid.
Purchases made in store
The right of withdrawal applies to online purchases. For purchases made directly in our shop, the exchange and return conditions communicated in store at the time of purchase apply.
